Validity

This agreement is valid until further notice between the consumer (you) with minimum age 18 years and the manufacturer (Artbyweb)

Prices

Prices are exclusive VAT. As a Artbyweb customer, you will not incur any extra charges except those specified in the total amount of your shopping basket. The art is sent duty free and it’s your responsibility to take care of your dute fees in your country.

Payment

You may select from the following options

• By VISA or Mastercard. No extra charges will apply.

The processing of your order will start after the order value has been paid. When paying via credit card the order value will be withdrawn directly.

Conclusion of the contract

The product's depiction on the shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non binding online catalogue. By clicking the button 'COMPLETE ORDER' you place a binding order of the goods you added to the basket. You will get the order confirmation without delay by e-mail. The contract will be concluded when we send a dispatch confirmation e-mail or by the delivery of the goods. The contracts text is included in the order confirmation e-mail and will be stored by Artbyweb.

Delivery

Our custom made art are normally delivered within about 2-3 weeks, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances, such as when artist have many orders, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the 2-3 weeks schedule and deliver our goods to your door as swiftly as possible. The maximum shipping cost we charge is $49 (when selecting the shipment method "Post - Standard package" without "split delivery" option). Right to cancel

You have no right to cancel the agreement after you have confirmed your order.

Quality

Artbyweb works with skilled artist who produce the art with pride. All arts have to pass our quality check so that you get what you can expect. We always try our best to produce what you can expect. If there is some kind of problem with the quality of the art, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Warranty

We guarantee that Artbyweb will deliver what you order. If there is something we will contact you to confirm what you want.

Service

Our ambition is to keep our overhead costs at a minimum in order to maintain low and attractive prices to our customers. One implication of this is that we have no customer support by phone. We handle all customer contacts by e-mail and we are committed to reply to all questions within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Personal information

Artbyweb is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor Artbyweb being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Artbyweb considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Artbyweb, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
